Founded in 1946, REEDS Jewelers is a full-service multi-channel jewelry retailer with stores in 13 states, and an industry leading ecommerce website, REEDS.com.
Our Technology Partner Spotlight this month is Reflektion. They provide a unified customer engagement platform that provides an industry-leading site search and personalized category page management.
Introducing REEDS Jewelers
For over 17 years, Kadro has worked with REEDS Jewelers as their eCommerce solution provider and partner. Over that time, we have delivered on seven site redesigns, countless custom site features and integrations, and evolved their online business to an omni-channel solution.
In March 2018, Kadro and REEDS successfully launched the replatform of REEDS.com on Magento Commerce.
The success of this project has largely been measured by achieving parity with well established business processes, required custom features, and mission critical back-office integrations required to operate their online business. This effort was a large collaborative effort with REEDS’ eCommerce and IT team, and many technology partners including Reflektion, Oracle Bronto, Worldpay, Riskified, Synchrony, Avalara, Coinbase, and Rackspace.
Reflektion’s unified customer engagement platform (powered by AI, machine learning and product intelligence) provides an industry-leading site-search, category/layered navigation, personalization, product recommendations, and merchandising control center for merchants to significantly increase conversion rates and top line revenue. Reflektion is a valued technology partner for Kadro and our clients. With the REEDS.com project, Reflektion is used for both site search and high-performance category pages with complex layered navigation.
